Why do we need to use organic food?

We should get all our vitamins and minerals from our food. Unfortunately, mostly all our fruit and vegetables contain pesticides and therefore can cause a health risk. The soil has become depleted over the years, and if we add chemicals to our food too, we certainly can not count many nutrients that way.

If you can, always buy organic food, from local and trusted producer. Organically grown food contain more vitamins and minerals, which is definitely a healthier choice and reduce toxic load in our bodies.

We are lucky that, nowadays, there are few well known organic food producers and farmers in the U.K.
